BEECHWOOD PARK, Stirling

Public Consultation




Beechwood Park will soon benefit from a major development to its children's play facilities.

If you use the park or live near the park you are likely to be affected by this development.

The proposals include

  • removal of fence around bike layout
  • removal of helter skelter slide, swings and see saw.
  • removal of wooden fences around young children's play area
  • erecting new steel railings at edge/walkway of park
  • planting of new trees
  • gazebo at pavilion
  • willow tunnel, wooden treehouse and hammock
  • sand and water play areas
  • concrete table tennis table

You will have the opportunity to see the Proposals and to discuss with representatives of Stirling Council Active Stirling and Friends of Beechwood Park at Beechwood Scout Centre form 11am to 9pm on Monday 17th March 2008. If you are not able to attend on this day you may provide feedback online on this site.
