Stirling Council has appointed Connon Design Associates to assist with the production of a Masterplan for the on-going development of Beechwood Park. Connon Design is working with Stirling Council staff, members of Torbrex Community Council and its sub-committee, the Friends of Beechwood Park, key local groups and park users. Outline proposals have been drafted to help local residents, local groups and park users consider how the park might be developed to best suit the needs of people who live around, use or visit the park.

A drop-in day has been organised for Saturday 23rd May 2009 in the Beechwood Scout Centre from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm. Here there will be an opportunity to discuss your views and issues with Council Officers, Connon Design Associates and members of Torbrex Community Council and the Friends of Beechwood Park.

As part of the consultation process, a series of draft plans are available by clicking on the links below and an online questionnaire is also available at http://www.greenstat.org.uk/ where you can give your views on the exisitng park and its facilities and how you think that these might be improved.
